Bell is Seeking a Field Service Representative candidate to support the MV-22 Program at HMX-1 MCAF Quantico, VA.

This position is responsible for providing support in the operation and maintenance of all systems of the military product, to include flight line, airframe, drive systems, engine controls, hydraulics, flight controls, and fuel systems. This position requires experience and technical expertise on military aircraft products operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will provide on-site company representation and technical support to military customers and initiates corrective actions.
  • Candidate will utilize technical expertise and product knowledge to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of the MV-22 aircraft by providing on-the-job and to include classroom maintenance training and providing logistics and technical assistance to maintainers.
  • Candidate will be required to assist NAVAIR and Bell/Boeing service engineers with investigations and developing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Applicant will be required to develop excellent relationships across multiple organizations and with all levels of military customer and company personnel to ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.
  • It is critical that this candidate will thoroughly comprehend the process of how problems and solutions are reported when systems/components fail on aircraft.

    Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field and extensive maintenance or logistical experience with military and/or commercial fixed or rotary wing aircraft required

  • Some college and additional extensive logistical experience working with military and/or commercial helicopters is preferred. Extensive military and industry training and experience may be substituted for a degree.

  • HMX-1 Quality Assurance or Leadership Experience required.

  • Extensive hands on V-22 support experience within the Marines, Air Force, Navy, or Bell/Boeing organizations.

  • Excellent knowledge of all V-22 aircraft systems and naval aircraft maintenance procedures are required.

  • Extensive knowledge of V-22 electrical and avionics systems required.

  • Extensive maintenance experience with military and/or commercial rotorcraft systems and FAA A&P certification

  • Personal computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications is required.

  • Excellent oral and writing skills are required.

  • Required to obtain and hold a Top-Secret level security clearance.

  • Experience using TARS, as well as government systems/databases are essential.
