+ Track record of providing professional learning in education; including providing professional learning
+ Ability to collaborate with others and think critically
+ Track record of building transformational education programs that include professional learning
+ Ability to effectively educate stakeholders about the Education industry and knowledge of current research and Current education industry relationships
+ Willingness to travel and work in a distributed team
+ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude under tight deadlines
+ Ability to facilitate learning for teams of educators and internal Dell teams
