Responsibilities

Guidehouse (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector) seeks qualified candidates to help grow the Guidehouse brand within the public and private sectors through comprehensive, thoughtful, and data-driven marketing campaigns. Our Marketing Senior Associate will help plan and implement our marketing activities. Ultimately, helping to achieve our business goals through building and executing strong marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Organize logistics for promotional events and conferences (banners, print materials, giveaways, etc.)
  • Coordinate with our SSG team to create marketing materials
  • Ensure adherence to Guidehouse branding guidelines
  • Manage delivery guidelines
  • Process invoices and work closely with Accounts Payable and vendors to track and ensure timely payments
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience working on a corporate marketing/communications team
  • Strong production and project management skills
  • Work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high quality results
  • Work well with teams, both in-person and virtually
  • Knowledge of digital and social media tools and techniques
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Basic accounting skills and comfort working with numbers and budgets
  • Strong organization skills are key
  • Comfortable working in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver
  • High attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple, ongoing activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Analytics experience
  • Graphic design
  • Public sector experience
