We are actively searching for qualified candidates for this potential opportunity. Senior Intelligence Analyst Level IV (Network Analysis) Job Description: The Senior Intelligence Analyst Level IV (Network Analysis) shall conduct research, analyze, compile, exploit, evaluate, and integrate all-source intelligence with non-traditional information into a variety of intelligence products, focusing on state and non-state sponsored global lethal aid supply chains and illicit procurement networks that support insurgents, and other illegally armed groups. Tasks include:
  • Identify and analyze foreign entities and their nexus with lethal aid supply networks pursuing acquisition of U.S. and foreign commodities, military technology, and dual-use components for illegal procurement.
  • Track and analyze foreign technological developments in order to evaluate the performance and operational capabilities of foreign materiel that may have military applications.
  • Produce or provide input to one full NGIC assessment per quarter for each CME. Workload for full NGIC assessments will be adjusted accordingly by the Government Branch Chief.
  • Produce formal RFI responses, NGIC QUIKTELs, database projects, network buildouts, or other projects.
  • Assist NGIC and other IC analysts/agencies in the planning, preparation, coordination, and dissemination phases of NGIC production.
  • Organize and analyze raw information, to include non-traditional data sources and all-source intelligence data for the purpose of assessing and defining threat procurement networks. Locate central nodes within the networks to support DoD targeting of foreign illicit procurement networks. Coordinate intelligence assessments with appropriate DoD and interagency partners.
  • Create network link charts depicting organizational structure, linkages, hierarchies, and relationships to identify key nodes for targeting operations and collection opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing target support packages incorporating in-depth knowledge of essential elements of information for specific companies, entities, and state and non-state sponsored illicit procurement networks.
  • Collaborate with members of the IC and interagency working groups internal and external to the IC to enhance and develop processes of collecting information and to identify shared methods for categorizing data.
  • Guide junior analysts using IC Directives (ICDs) and research and analysis tradecraft during assessment production.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience with a Government Agency or the DoD. An additional five years of experience may be substituted for Bachelors degree. Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in analysis and targeting of global proliferation networks and supply chains
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the interagency and allied partners on intelligence analysis and support to operations
  • Firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation
  • Expert understanding of the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology
  • Comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools and techniques used for each phase of targeting
  • Experience providing targeting and analysis in support of coordinated Interagency operations, especially against lethal aid supply chains and related facilitation activities
  • Desirable Experience:
  • Deployment to multiple theaters of operation in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF)
  • Detailed knowledge of networks: Data and work products provided by Department of Commerce (DoC), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC), National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC), National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), United States Coast Guard Investigative Service (CGIS)
  • Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required Essential FunctionsWork EnvironmentWork will be performed inside a large facility. Work assignments vary based on client requirements.
